Terms and conditions

Services are delivered by Wedey OÜ based on a detailed quote accepted by the client.

The quoted price is firm. Any out-of-scope request is handled through a priced change order, approved in writing before execution.

Payment terms: 50% deposit when the quote is signed and 50% balance on delivery, unless the quote sets a different schedule.

Timeline: delivery times are the ones stated in the quote; any delay is reported to the client as soon as it is known.

Intellectual property: the delivered code is transferred to the client upon full payment.

Liability: the provider’s liability is limited to the amount of the engagement and does not cover indirect damages.
